Experience building diagramming or visual editing tools, using any library such as GoJS, React Flow, D3.js, or similar.
Ability to build custom diagramming solutions.
Attention to usability — you care about how people interact with the tools you build.
‍Strong software engineering skills, with a good grasp of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Clean, modern CSS and UI sense — you know how to make things look and feel right.‍
Team-player mindset — open to feedback, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.‍
Practical, business-oriented approach — you aim for elegant, effective solutions, not overengineering.

What might surprise us

Bonus points:

Experience with Yjs (real-time collaboration).
Experience with Node.js or another backend technology.
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
A client-oriented attitude — understanding users’ needs and translating them into great experiences.

Custom diagramming tools — workflow editors, automation builders, and visual configurators.
Real-time visualization and process monitoring components.
Frontend architecture that’s scalable, maintainable, and focused on usability.
