Synergy Codes builds diagramming and workflow tools used by product teams at Siemens, Canon, BMW, Autoliv, and TotalEnergies for complex logic visualization. We help companies design and develop custom diagramming software – product configurators, customized workflow editors, and engineering tools for system design. We're based in Wrocław. Our team has 15+ years of experience in diagramming and visualization, and our daily work mixes React, TypeScript, AI tooling, and a lot of Claude.

Who we're looking for
A student of computer science or a related field who is curious about marketing – someone who reads tech news for fun, spends time on Reddit, Discord, and Dev.to, uses AI tools daily, and wants to learn how technical content reaches developers.
You'll fit if you:
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools regularly.
- Follow what's happening in AI, dev tools, and open source.
- Spend time on Reddit, Discord, X, Hacker News, Dev.to, or GitHub.
- Like trying new tools and figuring out how things work.
- Are curious, organized, and comfortable asking questions.
- Want to learn marketing inside a technology-first team.
You don't need marketing experience. We will teach you the marketing – we need someone who already understands developers and their tools.

- Cross-posting content to LinkedIn, Medium, Dev.to, X, Bluesky, and Discord from prepared templates.
- Monitoring Reddit and Discord threads where our products or topics appear.
- Building research lists – companies, contacts, guest-post opportunities, podcasts, communities.
- Helping maintain the content calendar in ClickUp (planning, deadlines, status).
- First-pass review of articles from our copywriters – typos, formatting, broken links.
- Updating company profiles on Clutch, G2, Capterra, and Dribbble (existing accounts, no setup from scratch).
- Supporting developer-community work – Discord, hackathons, and meetups.
- Helping with short videos and social content (we have a mini studio in the office).
- Tracking competitors and industry news, sharing what's interesting with the team.
Your work in detail
Nice to have
- You study programming, IT, data, or design.
- You've already used Reddit, Stack Overflow, Discord, Dev.to, Medium, or GitHub.
- You've tried automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n, or built something with an AI agent.
- Comfortable English – we publish in English and our clients are global.

- Paid internship with structured onboarding from the marketing team (Mateusz, Ida, Weronika, Katarzyna).
- Hands-on work on real products and real client projects.
- Daily exposure to AI tools in production – Claude, ChatGPT, MCPs (Model Context Protocol servers), and custom agents.
- A small team – you'll work directly with engineers, designers, and the marketing lead.
- Office in Wrocław with a mini content studio (camera, lights, microphone).
